House Plan Description:
The main areas of complication regarding the plumbing and electrical utilities revolve around the center of the building. These rooms include the kitchen, washroom and laundry room (Containing the electrical boxes and piping). This allows for more organized plumbing and electrical systems. The rest of the rooms contain reletively no uses for plumbing, such as the living rooms. Only other access to Hydro utilities is the Main bedroom which has an attached Ensuite.
